THE PRICE :

The price varies according to the size and the material used for the sculpture.
The size : a small-sized sculpture will be less expensive than a large-sized. It is due in the time of past work above and to the quantity of used material.
The material : the used material is too a valuable factor.

- The plaster is a little expensive material.
- The plaster resin is a material of bigger solidity and sharpness but also more expensive.
- The cooked earth is little expensive but its realization is longer.
- The bronze is not an expensive material in itself but its cast iron and its skates realized with a caster of professional art has an important cost.
- The reconstituted marble is a resin polyester in which we include some natural marble powder.

Example: the sculpture "girl" is for the 350€ (497,07$ /298,74£) price in plaster resin skated, 600€ (852,12$ / 512,13£) in cooked earth and bronze 1200€ (1704,24$ / 1024,26£).

THE TERMS OF SALE :

- How are settled purchases?
The accepted types of payment are checks and transfers.

- The expenses of delivery
The expenses of delivery are at your expense and are communicated with you by return of e-mail, during your request of prices.

- The delivery deadlines
A sculpture can be in stock or not. If it is in stock, the work will be delivered to you for an average period of 7 days in reception of the payment.
If it is not in stock, it is necessary to make a new edition which will ask one week in a month following the chosen material.

- Satisfied or paid off
During a period of 7 working days as from the delivery date of your command, you incline the possibility to contact me (by e-mail in : withan8@hotmail.fr) to return me the intact work to its original packing by stipulating if possible the motive for the request. I would suggest you then exchanging your work or to pay off to you the amount of the command  (less the postal charges of the work). This arrangement is in accordance with the article L.121-16 of the Code of the consumption (postal charges (A/R) and the relative risks on the return to a work are chargeable to the customer).
 
- Invoicing
A confirmation of your command reaches you after validation of your banking data by the bank or after reception of your payment by check. This document included a number of invoicing acts as invoice.
 
- Non-payment
 In case of non-payment, and it, before or after the conclusion of the transaction, I could cancel the sale by rights, without opinion nor period, and require at the expense of the customer the restoration of the work.

- Commitment
The commitments concerning the commands and the delivery of the works such as stipulated by the terms of sale will be held. I could not this told to be considered on no account responsible or considered as having committed a fault during the treatment of your file for a delay or a non-fulfillment even partial of my commitment resulting from a case of absolute necessity (correspondingly  in the article 1148 of the Civil code, such as interpreted by the French jurisprudence). I could not be held as person in charge of any damage or complaint because of the impossibility to reach the site, of its functioning, the delay of transmission of e-mails, the presentation of a work. As any web site, I cannot guarantee that the site will be reliable, interrupted, without error and without virus. I could be held thus on no account person in charge of the damages of all kinds which could result directly or indirectly from the custom of the site.
 
- Applicable right
The contract is governed by the French law. Any dispute arisen from the training, from the interpretation or from the execution of the contract will be subjected to the exclusive skill of the Courts of Bets.
